Len has been a Real Estate Sales Representative since 1990 specializing in Residential and Commercial transactions. In 1991, he joined the Century 21 family (Century 21 Percy Fulton Ltd, Toronto) where he further honed his marketing savvy - always seeking more effective and efficient ways to represent his clients.

Throughout his Real Estate career, Len has exhibited an excellent knowledge of the real-estate business. He has earned many performance awards and has been known for his excellent service and attention to detail. To ensure that clients needs are being met, he has continually updated his skills by attending training sessions specific to new and emerging technologies whilst appraising and employing new and innovative marketing strategies in promoting and representing his clients.

Len is a real go-getter and his "people IQ" is very near 100 percent.

He holds a Certificate in Management Studies from the Canadian Institute of Management (University of Toronto) and a Diploma in Electronic Engineering Technology from Seneca College.
